This premium residential project showcases a responsive KNX infrastructure that maximizes comfort, security, and resource management. The architecture balances localized control with centralized mastery: each room features an elegant touch panel for lighting, dimming, and shading, while a master 13-inch display acts as the central hub. For remote accessibility, a high-end application server provides a license-free mobile app, paired with Amazon Alexa for whole-home voice control. Intelligent multi-sensors dynamically adjust climate and lux levels based on occupancy, while threshold logic manages bathroom humidity. Perimeter security and energy-metering load shedding complete the ecosystem.
